About The Developers

Camrost Felcorp is an established developer with more than 40 years of experience and has consistently led the way in creating landmark condominiums and is behind many of the Greater Toronto Area’s most recognizable and memorable residential communities and commercial properties. Camrost makes sure that every building is unique in design, therefore each is built on a similar foundation of superior craftsmanship, a prominent address, and a timeless style that is ahead of the industry. Camrost has an impressive portfolio that includes over 70 buildings, with 13,000 residences and more than 2 million square feet of office and retail space.  From transformational office and retail towers that rejuvenate the downtown core, to award-winning condominium and lifestyle developments that awaken districts and invigorate neighbourhoods, Camrost Felcorp is committed to innovation, quality, and integrity.

About The Building & Amenities

The Raglan House has an asymmetrical design on each of its cardinal directions, but is countered by the strong modular motif. The balconies appear on all sides of the tower and podium, extending from a backdrop of vertical black mullions on one side and overlaid upon the facade that had previously enclosed it on the other. Coupled with the beautiful exterior, Raglan House will include lots of interior amenity space throughout the podium. The amenity space will allow residents to enjoy the comforts and conveniences of condo living. This condo’s utilitarian location provides practicality to busy residents and not just beauty in design.

About The Neighbourhood

Future occupants of this condominium will be able to observe the excitement of this area of midtown firsthand. A highlight will be the bustling St. Clair West traffic corridor, which also acts as the neighbourhood’s retail and transportation hub.

Condo residents will be able to walk to popular St. Clair West shops and services. Close by are a wide variety of international restaurants, pharmacies, a post office, a public library, a grocery store, and medical centres with facilities for paediatricians, physiotherapists, and orthopedic surgeons. In addition to all of the shops and restaurants close by, Wychwood Barns, a rebuilt century-old streetcar facility that has been transformed into a park and community centre. Wychwood is home to an artist collective and a year-round farmer’s market, is located in this neighbourhood.

Neighbourhood Highlights:

  • Walk to a variety of shops and restaurants along St. Clair Avenue West.
  • Steps to Loblaws, Drugstore, and restaurants.
  • A short distance from the historic Casa Loma and Royal Ontario Museum.
  • Toronto’s highest concentration of Caribbean shops and restaurants on Eglinton Avenue West and Vaughan Road between Oakwood Avenue and Dufferin Street
